Counter-Strike: Source (known as CS:S) is a multiplayer, team-based first-person shooter, developed by Valve Software. It is a remake of Counter-Strike, the fan based modification of Half-Life back in 1999. Built on the Source engine, the game was released in 2004 along with Half-Life 2.

Gameplay sees a team of terrorists battle a team of counter-terrorists over a series of rounds. Each round is won by completing an objective (Detonating a bomb / rescuing hostages) or eliminating the opposing team.
